3. Safety and Responsibility

- If participants are required to perform physical activities, they are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate. It is advised to seek medical advice if unsure about physical readiness.
- Participants should report any safety concerns immediately to event staff.
4. Event Equipment and Property
- Participants must respect all event equipment and property. Any intentional damage to the event’s facilities, materials, or items provided during the event will not be tolerated.

6. Social Media and Publicity

- Participants grant permission to the organizers to use their name, image, or likeness in event-related promotions, advertisements, and social media posts.
7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
- Participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws during the event.
- Any illegal activities or actions that violate local laws, such as drug use or harassment, will result in immediate removal from the event and possible legal action.
8. Consequences of Violating the Code of Conduct
- Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification from the event, removal from the venue, and forfeiture of any awards or certificates.
- Event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including reporting violations to local authorities when necessary.
9. Acknowledgment of Participation
- By registering and attending the event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code of Conduct.
